“ Hickory Grove is one of our families favorite go to's for hole in the wall food where some of us can order breakfast and some of us can order dinner. Menu is really packed full of every option you can think of from breakfast to burgers to pastas - your typical family restaurant. Their french toast is really good! Portions are big. Service is always good! Tip - bring cash, it's about 3% fee to use a card. ”
“ When we first walked in we weren't very hopeful, but thankfully we were pleasantly surprised. Not a great greeting, but once she got started the service was great and the food was very good. Breakfast served all day, very nice portions and reasonable prices. Worth the 20 minute drive from North County...we will be regulars. ”
“ We went for breakfast and everything was fresh and tasty. Service was good too. Nothing fancy but good for a quick bite. ”
“ This was my first time eating at Hickory Grove restaurant although my family has eaten there before. The restaurant was very clean, our server was very friendly and provided great service, the portion sizes were huge, the food was great, and the prices were very reasonable!! Thank you, Hickory Grove!! Highly recommended!!! ”
“ First time trying out this place today. I can see without a doubt why they have five stars. The restaurant was clean and a friendly waitress greeted us upon arrival telling us to seat ourselves. The menu is large and can be a bit overwhelming for some, but for me, there was so much that caught my eye that I was having trouble not just choosing everything. I went with the Monte Cristo with fries and the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. The food came out promptly. The mozzarella sticks had a nice pull and were tasty. The sandwich though was a smash hit. Layers of turkey, ham, and cheese all packed in a nice French bread. It had me coming back for bite after bite. The fries had a nice crunch and was pleasing to the taste. Probably the best fries I've had in a long time. I will definitely be back again. ”
“ Really good breakfast food. Friendly staff. Great place to bring the family. Something for everyone. ”
“ A friend and I came here for lunch. They are open for breakfast, lunch and supper. A lot to choose from on their menu. They have several daily specials. Today I had a salad and a bowl of stuffed pepper soup. The soup was delicious. Salad was topped with homemade croutons. My friend had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. It was toasted, she said it was really good. Iced tea to go with my meal, refreshing. ”
